FIG. 4 is a reduced top plan view of the combination ceiling fan and up and down light in accordance with my design;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged top plan view of the combination ceiling fan and up and down light in accordance with my design;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the combination ceiling fan and up and down light in accordance with the design illustrated in FIG. 5 with translucent light cover removed for purposes of viewing the lighting below the cover;
