FIG. 4 is a front view of an alternate embodiment of the elastic exercise device;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of FIG. 4, the top view being identical; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of FIG. 4 in a stretched state.

We claim the ornamental design for an elastic exercise device, as shown and described.
