FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the flag and flag pole illuminating light fixture assembly of my new design shown mounted to a typical slanted flag bearing pole member;

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the flag and flag pole illuminating light fixture assembly of new design with the detachable spherically shaped cap shown removed;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the fully assembled flag and flag pole illuminating light fixture assembly of my new design;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, looking from the left side of FIG. 3, the opposite side being identical in appearance;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,
