The ornamental design for a formable vase, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a pespective view of a formable vase showing of our new design, with the formable vase shown in an expanded state after being formed for use;

FIG. 2 is a pespective view of the formable vase shown in FIG. 1, with the formable vase shown in a collapsed state;

FIG. 3 is a front view in elevation of the formable vase shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in the collapsed state which view is the same as a rear view in elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side view in elevation of the formable vase shown in FIGS. 1-3 in the collapsed state which view is the same as a right side view in elevation thereof.
