The ornamental design for a modular component for use as a table top and bench seat, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a modular component for use as a table top and bench seat showing a first embodiment of my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the modular component of FIG. 1, the back elevational view being the mirror image thereof.
