I claim the ornamental design for profile for escape route marking, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top/front/right-side perspective view of a profile for escape route marking showing my new design cut away to indicate intermediate lengths, the left side being a mirror image of the right side and, therefore, not shown;

FIG. 2 is bottom/rear/right-side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a right-side elevational view thereof.
