FIG. 1 is a front and top perspective view of a writing implement case with handle showing our new design, the case with handle having a generally opaque body and a generally transparent lid, which is shown in a closed position;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a front and top perspective view of the case with handle depicted in FIG. 1, the case with handle being shown with the lid in a fully open position to form a display stand for writing implements, which are indicated in broken lines as environmental structure and which form no part of the claimed design.
