The new and original design for a handle, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the new design for the handle;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the new design for the handle;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the new design for the handle, the rear view of the handle being identical to the front view; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the new design for the handle, the left side view of the handle being identical to the right side view.
