No. 29/174,939, filed Jan. 27, 2003, entitled “Container and Valve Assembly”, and to co-pending U.S. patent application Ser. No. 10/640,500, filed Aug. 13, 2003, entitled “Container and Valve Assembly for Storing and Dispensing Substances, and Related Method”, each of which is hereby expressly incorporated by reference as part of the present disclosure.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tube and valve assembly of the present invention with the cap on in closed condition.

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the tube and valve assembly of FIG. 1. The opposite side elevational view is the same as shown in FIG. 2.
