FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a traction stud backer plate showing my new design of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof taken from the lower side of the backer plate illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, taken from the left side of FIG. 1, it being understood that the opposite side view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view taken from the upper side of the backer plate illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an underside view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof.
