The ornamental design for a combination transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation device and microcurrent electrical neuromuscular stimulator, as shown and described.

The nature and intended use of the article in which the design is embodied is a transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation device (TENS) and a microcurrent frequency generating device known as a microcurrent electrical neuromuscular stimulator (MENS) commonly known as a TENS/MENS unit.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the TENS/MENS unit, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a back view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.
