I claim the ornamental design for the basket with movable partitions, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the basket with movable partitions.

FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the basket with movable partitions shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the basket with movable partitions shown in FIG. 1 (the rear view being a mirror image of the front view).

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the basket with movable partitions shown in FIG. 1 (the right side view being identical to the left view).

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of the basket with movable partitions placed on the floor of the basket.

FIG. 6 is an upper left side perspective view of the basket with movable partitions shown in FIG. 1; and,
