The ornamental design for a computer network monitoring dashboard interface for a computer screen, as shown and described.

The claimed interface provides a view of the conditions that are specific to all individual devices connected to the computer network, such as servers, applications, routers, for example. The claimed surface also provides status, availability, capacity and capability to perform designated functions, along with indicating the current level of system and device performance, in addition to indicating the actions that are being undertaken.

The single FIGURE is a front view of a computer network monitoring dashboard interface for a computer screen.
