We claim the ornamental dsign for a dispenser, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front, left side perspective view of a dispenser embodying aspects of the invention. A dispensable container is shown in phantom in an engaged position with the dispenser.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the dispenser shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the dispenser shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the dispenser shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the dispenser shown in FIG. 1.
