I claim the ornamental design for a head gear with projecting indicia, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a left side view of a head gear with projecting indicia showing my new design: the right side being a mirror image.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view thereof.
