The ornamental design for an office partition panel, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an office partition panel according to a first embodiment of my new design, including an opaque panel insert;

FIG. 2 is a front/rear view thereof, wherein the front and rear views are identical;

FIG. 3 is a right/left side view thereof, wherein the left and right side views are identical; and

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view of an office partition panel according to a second embodiment of my new design, including an opaque panel insert;

FIG. 6 is a front/rear view thereof, wherein the front and rear views are identical;

FIG. 7 is a right/left side view thereof, wherein the left and right side views are identical; and,
