The ornamental design for a thermostat guard, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a thermostat guard in accordance with my new design;

FIG. 19 is a top plan view of the thermostat guard shown in FIG. 16, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 20 is a left side elevation view of the thermostat guard shown in FIG. 16.

The rears of the thermostat guards do not comprise any portion of the invention, and hence are not shown in the drawings.
