I claim the ornamental design for a garden ball light novelty, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of my garden ball light novelty, with all side elevational views being mirror images thereof.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of an alternate embodiment of my garden ball light novelty, with all side elevational views being mirror images thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the alternate embodiment shown in FIG. 3.
