FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a plastic bag holder. The jagged broken lines form no part of the claimed design and the subject matter between the jagged lines is broken away to disclose indeterminate height of the holder.
