We claim the ornamental design for a fence bracket, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a fence bracket of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an elevation view of the opposite side of the fence bracket shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is an elevation view from the right side of FIG. 2, the opposite side being the mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is an elevation view from the bottom of FIG. 2, the opposite end being the mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view from the bottom right of FIG. 2.
