The ornamental design for a vehicle screen, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a vehicle screen showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a right side view of the vehicle screen according to FIG. 1, the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view shown; and,

FIG. 3 is a top view of the vehicle screen according to FIG. 1.

The rear elevational view of the design is not visible in its intended use and is flat.
