The ornamental design for a ceiling fan housing, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the ceiling fan housing showing my new design in use;

FIG. 2 front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of the ceiling fan blades, blade irons, support rod and light fixture is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
