I claim the ornamental design for a combined bolt and male keyway, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new design showing a male keyway in the head of a bold; the key for the keyway is shown in broken lines to illustrate mode of use; and,

FIG. 2 is a top view of the bolt.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating mode of use and form no part of the claimed design.
