The ornamental design for a dog leash shock absorber, as shown and described.

The dog leash shock absorber has a flexible polymer tubular body with springs so that, when connected between a dog leash and a dog collar, it absorbs shock.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a dog leash shock absorber showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof.

FIG. 3 is an end view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an opposite end view thereof.
