The ornamental design for the rear surface of a picture frame, as shown and described.

The single FIGURE is a rear elevation view of the rear surface of a picture frame showing my new design.

The rear surface of the frame includes two diagonal cuts in the surface material. The broken lines show an envelope as a way to illustrate flaps created by two diagonal cuts and the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
