The surface contour of the upper portion presented to view is round, while the lower portions shown are configured as folds of uniform thickness material, gathered as shown in the drawing. It is understood that the portions not visible in the figure form no part of the claimed design. The pattern on the team foul and throw flag is intended to simulate zebra stripes.
