The ornamental design for flexible cutting line for rotary trimmers, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a perspective view of the flexible cutting line for rotary trimmers showing my design.

The line is symmetrical about a central axis and the lines are shown dashed and broken-away at the far end to indicate indeterminate length.
