FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The opposing side elevation view of the embodiment of FIGS. 1–5 is the mirror image of the view of FIG. 4 and the opposing side elevation view of the embodiment of FIGS. 6–10 is the mirror image of the view of FIG. 9.
