FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The phantom lines at the rear edge of the claimed subject matter indicate boundary of claimed design. All other phantom lines are shown in the drawings for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a tool cabinet, as shown and described.
