FIG. 8 is the same view as FIG. 2 only with the front zipper flap in the open position;

FIG. 9 is the same view as FIG. 5 only with the string flap in the open position;

FIG. 10 is a fragmentary cross-sectional view taken along the line 10—10 of FIG. 6 of the inside string flap in the closed position; and,

FIG. 11 is the same view as FIG. 10 only with the inside string flap in the open position.
