FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a further bottom view of the ballpoint pen, with the shaft extended and the pivotal lever in a closed position;

FIG. 8 is a further bottom view of the ballpoint pen, with the shaft unextended and the pivotal lever in an open position;

FIG. 9 is a further bottom view of the ballpoint pen, with the shaft extended and the pivotal lever in an open position; and,
