The ornamental design for a heater for dispensing airtreatment chemicals, as shown and described.
In a preferred embodiment the nature of this product is as a heater that accepts a wicked reservoir bottle and dispenses an insecticide or fragrance from the wick of the bottle to the surrounding environment.
