The ornamental design for a miniature sports uniform kit, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of a miniature sports uniform kit according to my new design with the elements of the kit shown separated for clarity of disclosure, the rear view being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, showing the kit elements combined for use, the rear view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment of the miniature sports uniform kit according to my new design with the elements of the kit shown separated for clarity of disclosure, the rear view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof, showing the kit elements combined for use, the rear view being a mirror image thereof.
