I claim the ornamental design for a tin container with double hinge, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a tin container with double hinge in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 illustrates a front view of a tin container with double hinge in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 3 illustrates a top view of a tin container with double hinge in accordance with the present invention; and,

FIG. 4 illustrates a side view of a tin container with double hinge in accordance with the present invention.
