The subject invention is directed to the ornamental design of a coating film transfer apparatus for applying an adhesive film or correction film to a substrate surface, as shown and described in the accompanying drawings, wherein portions of the coating film transfer apparatus shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design, wherein:
