The ornamental design for the fret for stringed instruments, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the fret for stringed instruments showing my new design; the broken lines show a portion of a neck of a stringed instrument, which forms no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the fret.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the fret which represents the appearance of the fret from either side.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the fret; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the fret which represents the appearance of the fret from either end.
