No. 11/624,142 filed Jan. 17, 2007, titled “Rear Suspension for a Two Wheeled Vehicle,”; and (3) U.S. application Ser. No. 11/624,144 filed Jan. 17, 2007, titled “Tip Over Structure for a Two Wheeled Vehicle,”, the disclosures of which are expressly incorporated by reference herein.
