I claim the ornamental design for the palm trimmer, as shown and as described.
Proper care of Palm Trees requires that some clumping Palms may need to be thinned out or new growth pruned off if the Palm Trees are getting too big for the space in which the Palms are growing. Unfortunately, removing branches (fronds), spikes, palm flowers and fruit stalks from a Palm Tree can be a dangerous task in that a user can get their hand cut by the spikes and sharp edges. As such, there is a need in the art for a palm trimmer, which will allow a user the ability to remove the branches (fronds), spikes, palm flowers and fruit stalks of the Palm by positioning the blade of the palm trimmer over a branch and pulling back on the handle of the palm trimmer to snapping the branch.
