FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cigar splitter, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 3 are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the cigar splitter that forms no part of the claimed design.
