What is claimed is the ornamental design for a plug with cable, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the plug with cable showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the top thereof, the bottom being identical;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side being identical;

FIG. 4 is a front end view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a back end view thereof;

The cable is shown in the drawings as broken away to show that no particular length is claimed.
