This application claims priority from U.S. patent application Ser. No. 12/419,845, which was filed on Apr. 7, 2009 and which is incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view from below thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

We claim the ornamental design for a knife rack, as shown and described.
