When viewed from a front elevational view, the Z-axis is perpendicular to the flange, ledge, and recess surfaces. Thus, the flange, ledge, and recess surfaces of the packaging device for a windscreen wiper shown in the sole figure are not curved in the Z-X and Z-Y planes.
