The ornamental design for a footwear outsole, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of a footwear outsole showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines showing the footwear upper are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines showing a polygonal shape in the arch area of FIGS. 1, 2, 4, & 5 define an internal boundary of the design. The boundary lines and the area within them, form no part of the claim.
