The present application is related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/337,847, filed on May 29, 2009, entitled “Hearing Device Counseling Kit” to Todd Foster, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hearing device counseling kit, shown in an opened condition, with the bottom compartment lifted open and with the interchangeable trays removed;
FIG. 2 is a top view thereof with the bottom compartment closed;
FIG. 3 is a top view thereof with a first tray in place;
FIG. 4 is a top view thereof with both trays in place;
FIG. 5 is a top view thereof, shown in a closed condition;
FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;
FIG. 7 is a front side view thereof;

The positions and number of cut out shapes in the foam inserts shown in the trays and bottom of the case in FIGS. 1-4 may be varied as needed. For example, the top and bottom trays are interchangeable, and the foam within the trays is interchangeable. Foam having other arrangements of cut outs may be provided, such as: there may be less or more than the four cut outs in the foam in the bottom of the case shown in FIG. 2; the logo in the foam insert may have more or less than the 8 shapes shown surrounding it; any or all of the cut outs may be the mirror image of the cut outs shown.
