The ornamental design for a sleeve for a cooler with sprout, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a sleeve and showing our design, the broken lines depicting a cylindrical cooler with a spout showing our sleeve mounted thereon and illustrating a logo of a sports team on the sleeve forms no part of our design;

FIG. 2 is a front top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation of view thereof; the left side elevational view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 illustrates a top view thereof; the bottom view being a mirror image.
