FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a treatment lamp showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top, front perspective view of the handheld light output unit portion of the treatment lamp of FIG. 1 shown without the base unit and at a slightly enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a top, front, right side perspective view of the base unit portion of the treatment lamp of FIG. 1 shown without the handheld light output unit portion and at a slightly enlarged scale;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side elevation view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevation view of the handheld light output unit of FIG. 2, the right side elevation view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the base unit portion of FIG. 3.

The broken lines in the drawings showing the cord in FIGS. 1–3 & 5–6 and the repeating square details on the sides of the handheld light unit portion of the lamp in FIGS. 1, 2 & 6 illustrate environmental structures that form no part of the claim.

I claim the ornamental design for a treatment lamp, as shown and described.
