The ornamental design for a skateboard anchor and deterrent set, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front plan view of the anchor section of a skateboard anchor and deterrent set device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view of the anchor section shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side plan view of the anchor section shown in FIG. 1, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back plan view of the anchor section shown in FIG. 1, being the end opposite that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front plan view of the deterrent section of the skateboard anchor and deterrent set device;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a right side plan view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 6, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 6;

FIG. 10 is a back plan view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 6;

FIG. 11 is a bottom perspective view of the anchor section shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 12 is a top perspective view of the anchor section shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 13 is a bottom perspective view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the deterrent section shown in FIG. 13 with the anchor section shown in FIG. 11 fitted into place in the deterrent section.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
