The ornamental design for a shower timer, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top front right side perspective view of a shower timer showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side being a mirror image thereof.

The stippling in FIGS. 1-2 shows certain details of fluid and of fluid levels within the shower timer.
