FIG. 1 is a top view of a knitting needle cap with point protector mounting projection according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof shown with a point protector;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a reduced side view thereof in the condition of use; and,

FIG. 5 is another reduced side view thereof in the condition of use with the point protector shown in an alternative position.

The broken line showing the needle and point protector in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5 represents environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design.
