I claim the ornamental design for a collapsible feed dispenser, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a collapsible feed dispenser of the present design in which the carrying straps are shown stood on one end;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the feed dispenser, in which the carrying straps are behind;
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the feed dispenser being held and used in a typical manner; and,
FIG. 4 is a side elevation view of the feed dispenser.
